1. Agreement to Terms

3. Quote Requests and Project Quotations

When you submit a quote request through our website form, you agree to provide accurate information about your project. Quote requests are processed within 24-48 hours during business days.

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, scope modifications, and unforeseen circumstances. Final project costs will be confirmed in writing before work commencement.

Submitting a quote request does not create any obligation to proceed with services, but creates an agreement for us to process your information according to these terms.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in individual project contracts. Generally:

  • A deposit may be required before work commencement
  • Progress payments are tied to project milestones
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and client acceptance
  • Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in contracts

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide warranties on our workmanship as specified in individual project contracts. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers. We guarantee compliance with Zimbabwe building codes and regulations.

6. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the contract value of the specific project. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and operate in compliance with Zimbabwe construction and safety regulations.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, material shortages, or other force majeure events.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes will be resolved through Zimbabwe courts or agreed arbitration procedures.
